		<description>Just happened to stumble onto this.  Your image is the blossom of a Kousa Dogwood which is an Asian dogwood variety.  When you have a tree in full flower you can&#039;t see the branches - the flowers stand on top of the stems so when the flowers are open all you see is a blanket of white.  An absolutely gorgeous tree in full bloom.</description>
