		<description>If you&#039;re on OS X, the easiest way to do it (that I know of) is to use DiskUtility.app from your Utilities folder (under Applications). It&#039;ll require a format, so move your data off the drive before hand so you have a safe backup.

Anyway, open DiskUtility, select your drive, click the Partition tab, then select 2 Partitions from the Volume Scheme dropdown menu. Make partition 1 Mac OS Extended, and make Partition 2 FAT32. You can split the sizes of the partitions however you like. Click Apply and the partitioning will begin.
